2. Legal framework

Personal data is processed under the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and Data Protection Ordinance. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, its requirements apply in addition, including performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in communication, security and reliable service operation.

3. Hosting and access logs

The website is hosted by green.ch. Technical access and error logs may contain IP address, date and time, requested page or file, referrer, browser, operating system and status information. These data are used for secure delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and service stability and are retained only as long as necessary.

4. Meeting and contact enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form or contact us by email, we process your contact details, company, preferred date and time, subject, message, attachments and technical metadata to respond, arrange a meeting and document communication. Enquiries are non-binding and do not create an order, contract or payment obligation.

5. Client portal

The protected client portal processes account details, company and role assignments, login and security events, support requests, uploaded and shared documents and associated communication. Document metadata may include filename, document type, file size, version, status, timestamps, user assignment and a SHA-256 checksum. Portal files can be accessed only by the authorised client and authorised PP Solution administrators. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Technically necessary session cookies are used for secure authentication. Portal data are retained for the customer relationship, documentation and security purposes and then deleted or anonymised subject to statutory retention duties and legitimate evidentiary interests.

6. Cookies, analytics and marketing

PP Solution does not use its own analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking services. The client portal uses only technically necessary session and security cookies. No newsletter or profiling is operated through this website.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Data are disclosed only where necessary to hosting, email and IT security providers or public authorities. Transfers to countries without adequate protection take place only on a lawful basis and with appropriate safeguards.

8. Security

PP Solution applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport, access controls, protected sessions, password hashing, request validation and security logging. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability and withdraw consent for the future. Contact info@pp-solution.ch.
